Today I had to make a trip up to Ontario airport to pick up my friend Barb who is staying with me for a week. On the way back, I couldn't resist stopping at the Lake Elsinore Outlet Mall.
As I walked into the Nike Outlet, I said, "I always go into this store but I never buy anything because it is still overpriced!" Much to my surprise, I found a pair of Nike + running shoes that work with my Nike + ipod. I usually pay at least $59 for these when I scour the sales for the best deal but these were $39.99. Yay, woohoo, I was syked!
Then I went to Old Gravy (Navy) I found a cute casual skirt that falls just above the knee (not too short and not too long) that I can wear with my Birkenstocks (see my post on Problems with my Achilles Tendon). I bought one in green and one in brown.......they were $4.97 each.
So I left the Outlet Mall feeling satisfied and a little thrilled. I got $135 worth of merchandise, a pair of running shoes and 2 skirts for $50 plus tax. Woop woop, bargain hunt successful!
