Problems with my Achilles Tendon

Well after months of struggling with problems in my achilles tendon, I finally decided to got to a Sports Medicine Specialist. He informed me that I needed special inserts in my shoes and told me to wear them for 2 weeks and then come back to follow up.

I purchase aforementioned inserts and they helped tremendously. But when I was home, I noticed that I began to have problems as soon as I removed my shoes. Thinking about the shape of the insole, I went to the closet and pulled out my Birkenstocks to wear around the house.
